Breckenridge Real Estate Today

In the past week 25 places went under contract in Summit County – 4 were over a million.  Also, there were 16 places to sell in this past week – 2 were over a million.  People are seeking out the good deals — and there definitely are some good deals up here!

It is a gorgeous sunny day up here today. On Saturday, Breckenridge will host their Beer Festival at Main Street Station. IT sill go from 2-6pm and feature over 20 breweries. Come up to Breck!

Real Estate in Summit County seems to be picking up! In the last week there have been 28 condos or homes to go under contract – 12 of these are over half a million and of these 12, there are 4 over a million! Also, in the past week there were 27 homes or condos to sell. Of the 27, there were 2 to sell over a million. Things are picking up!
