Copper Mountain only 16 miles from Breckenridge is one of Summit County’s outstanding resort areas.  Besides being noted for its skiing, Copper has an attractive and challenging golf course.  The resort is unique in that it has several different neighborhoods with condos, single family homes and duplexes. Lots are available should one wish to build their dream home close to the ski slopes.

The ski area includes 22 lifts with a lift capacity of 32,324 skiers each hour. There are 2,450 acres placing the resort as one of the largest ski and snowboard resorts in the area.   There are 126 trails with a long run of 2.8 miles.  It has an average snowfall of 282 inches.

The Copper Creek golf course is an 18 hole layout developed by Pete and Perry Dye. The course has a mix of link and mountain style holes that wind through the mountain terrain.  The resort is only one hour from Denver right on highway I 70. You can’t go wrong at Copper Mountain!  

There are not many homes in Copper for sale at a given point.  Currently there are less than a dozen.  They are primarily new and very luxurious, starting around 2 million and going up to 4 million.
